Dr. Olutoyin Olaitan holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Fort Hare, South Africa, and she also has an MBA. She serves as a dedicated faculty member at a public university in the Eastern Cape. Driven by the belief that no one should walk through life’s challenges alone, Dr. Olaitan champions the power of community, compassion, and collective support. She has spent over three decades teaching and mentoring through a faith-based lens. She brings empathy, strength, and lived experience to her leadership of SCREAM. Through this transformative community, Dr. Olaitan envisions a safe and empowering space where women can find connection, care, and sustainable pathways to healing and renewed hope. Due to her passion for service in her immediate community, she has chaired the Board of Guardians of Hope, a Safety Home for abused and abandoned babies since 2019. Olutoyin is also a staunch supporter of initiatives that uplift vulnerable children. She is a devoted mother to two sons, Oluwajoba and Bunkunmi.
SEUN AFOLAYAN – The Bliss Catalyst
Seun Afolayan is a seasoned counsellor, coach, and speaker with over two decades of practical experience helping individuals and families build stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships. Over the years, he has become a trusted voice in the areas of marital enrichment, emotional intelligence, personal growth, and purposeful living.
As a licensed family life counsellor and therapist, Seun has guided countless couples and individuals through the complexities of love, communication, and commitment. His approach blends deep psychological insight with faith-based principles and practical wisdom, making his counsel both relatable and transformative.
Popularly known as “The Bliss Catalyst”, Seun runs a vibrant online platform that reaches thousands weekly through engaging social media content, live sessions, and workshops. His teachings inspire people to nurture blissful homes, strengthen marital bonds, and rediscover joy in everyday relationships. Through his relatable storytelling and down-to-earth delivery, he has built a community of followers who describe his messages as “refreshing,” “real,” and “restorative.”
Beyond his counselling and digital ministry, Seun serves as the Resident Pastor of The Elevation Church, Ibadan, Nigeria, where he leads with empathy, vision, and a passion for holistic transformation. Under his leadership, many have experienced renewed faith, emotional healing, and practical growth in their personal and spiritual lives.
A devoted husband and father, Seun has been happily married to his wife, Ololade, for over a decade, and together they are blessed with two beautiful daughters. Their marriage and family life serve as a living testimony to the principles he passionately teaches — love, mutual respect, and intentional bliss.
